Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery within India takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, etc.), we will do our best to keep you informed.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

4. Delivery Partners

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS (if applicable).

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the artistic and collectible nature of our products, all sales are final.

We only offer returns or replacements if:

You received a damaged item, or
You received an incorrect item from what was ordered.

To request a return or replacement:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

- A clear photo of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

What happens next:

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
